StayFresh is committed to delivering high-quality service, but we are not liable for: Guest behavior, theft, or misuse of property. Losses arising from improper client disclosures or pre-existing damages. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service provided.

StayFresh Property Services provides short-term rental cleaning, staging, and co-hosting solutions. Specific services are outlined in your proposal, service agreement or booking confirmation.

Provide accurate property information and access details. Maintain appropriate property insurance coverage & Notify StayFresh promptly of any schedule changes or special requests.

All fees must be paid in accordance with the agreed payment terms. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of services. Additional charges may apply for last-minute requests, excessive damages or services outside the standard package.

Cancellations require 4 hours notice to avoid fees.

StayFresh reserves the right to reschedule services in case of emergencies or force majeure events.

All website content, branding and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of StayFresh Property Services.

We may terminate services with notice if a client repeatedly breaches terms, fails to pay or engages in conduct that interferes with service delivery.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
